Boneset (Eupatorium perfoliatum)

Boneset is a native perennial showcasing tall and soft white blooms from mid to late summer. This plant is loved by many herbalists and pollinators alike, such as the Atlantis Frittilary and the Yellow-banded Bumblebee.
Boneset has been used to treat fevers, colds, influenza, and other acute respiratory infections because of its diaphoretic properties (promoting sweating) and mild expectorant action, which can help ease congestion and support fever resolution.
