These plant profiles were originally created by khadija khansia of zindagi apothecary and published as a collaborative Medicine Book, intended to be a starting off point for CSA members to learn about the herbs grown at the farm.

I have tried my best to site sources where I could, and a lot of this material is coming from my hand written notes over the years where I wasn’t in the practice of siting sources as I learned.
