MEDICINAL HERB CSA SOLIDARITY SHARE INTEREST FORM

We are actively fundraising to ensure we are able to offer free solidarity Medicinal Herb CSA shares to queer, trans Black, Indigenous and people of color (QTBIPOC) who are facing financial hardship. We have a limited amount of funding available to cover the cost of some solidarity shares and hope to offer more spots through our ongoing fundraising efforts. As we receive funding (fingers crossed) we will contact folks on this list to confirm participation in the CSA. Folks will be contacted on a first come first served basis until all funding is allocated.
